Benedict Advertising Celebrates 44th Anniversary

Largest Agency in Daytona Beach Forecasting 2018 as Biggest Year Yet

Daytona Beach, FL – On February 14, 1974, Jim Benedict opened the doors of a new advertising agency in Daytona Beach, and now more than four decades later, the agency that still bears his name is forecasting its biggest year ever! Benedict Advertising & Marketing celebrated its 44th anniversary today with a toast to its past and future.

A full-service agency, Benedict Advertising & Marketing has drawn widespread acclaim for ability to be all things to all clients – from complex nationwide TV commercials and PR campaigns to online banner ads or small print ads – and everything in between. With Jim Benedict’s son Michael leading the way since 2006, the agency has grown locally, regionally and nationally.

“Our level of growth has come from our people and our partners. Powerful ideas build a brand, sell a product and connect clients with consumers – and it is important to note that we view our clients as our partners,” said Michael Benedict, President of Benedict Advertising & Marketing.

“We’ve built brands and relationships with some of the finest companies in the country. A good number of them have been with us for decades, and it’s our dedication to their success that keeps them with us … and keeps us going and growing.”

National and regional clients include Subway, Waitr delivery service, Tony Chachere’s Famous Creole Cuisine, Jones Homes USA, Neurological & Spine Institute, 13th Floor Investments, and Sportsman Gear. Local partners include Thompson Pump, West Volusia Tourism Authority, Cobb Cole, Florida Oral & Facial Surgical Associates, Chanfrau & Chanfrau and many more.

Benedict says the agency has recently expanded into several new areas, including the significant acquisitions of several automotive clients throughout the nation. He expects 2018 to be the biggest year ever in terms of both clients and revenue.

“We’re very proud of our extremely diverse group of clients,” Benedict said. “Tourism authorities, restaurants, major home builders, nationwide food vendors, real estate companies, prominent law firms, established medical practices … pick an industry and we probably have a client in it!”
